Keith personally promises to provide the best service he can at a fair price.

Weekly Mowing Scope of Work

• Weekly Mowing to keep the property looking good during the strongest growing season. 
• During dry seasons, he can pare down to bi-weekly and still keep the property looking well-kept. 
• Keith recommends an optional mowing in Mid-November to freshen things up.
• Mowing services include edging the sidewalks and curb, string trimming, and blowing off all clippings and debris. 
• One thing to keep in mind, a monthly weed spray may be needed to maintain sidewalk and curb weeds which is additional.
• Mowing estimates include mulch or side discharge mowing. Bag mowing is not currently offered.

Things to Consider! Keith's Procedures

• Keith does not take away grass clippings. He will either mulch clippings, or side discharge. He WILL haul away hedge clippings for hedge trimming jobs.
• Please ensure all animal waste picked up prior to Keith's arrival each week to avoid any animal waste surcharges.
• Please ensure the lawn is clear of any toys, furniture, or moveable obstacles to avoid any surcharges.
• Unfortunately, Keith is unable to move items and will mow around them so please have areas clear in advance.
• Keith's Weekly Lawn service does not include leaf cleanups, or weeding of landscape beds, or patio areas. Besides mowing, extra work will be billed for the time and material, estimate provided.
• Lawn service will be provided at the quoted price to clients based on a weekly service. During dry seasons with less growth, service may be moved to bi-weekly.  Any changes made to the frequency of the service schedule will void the terms of the service agreement and the original quoted service price. Any subsequent mowing may be billed at a variable rate at Keith's discretion.
• All services will be billed for regular service clients weekly, which you pay directly to a Visa or MasterCard due on receipt. Credit card fees do apply. You may make payment at time of service by check or cash. ​

Please note: This is not a contract between parties.  It is an estimate form for which Keith uses to gather information needed for an estimate.   Typically, estimates are emailed to the customer after Keith performs an on-site visit.  Keith may also use his software to measure the property in advance of his visit.  The procedures and notices on this page are an advance notice of how Keith intends to provide his services IF you hire him in the future.   Thank you for your consideration.  Keith considers all opportunities to provide an estimate an honor.
